OKHT 2018 Bicycle Tour

September1

Tomorrow morning we’ll be welcoming a pack of cyclists on the Old Kentucky Home Tour. We are a stop on one of the 8 or more routes for the weekend. Our particular route is 62 miles, and our place is about halfway through the trek.

We are quite excited about the day, and are happy to be able to help. I’ll get pics and post some.

NEW ADDRESS, BUT WE HAVEN’T MOVED ;-)

April3

With the new road construction and several road name change debates, the county has finally settled on what our new address is.

315 Colonel Cox Road South 40013

The original address was 11535 Louisville Road. The old address should still work in your GPS and maps for another year or so.

It looks like google has updated its maps to reflect  the new name so you can click this link for direction

https://goo.gl/maps/3LDwwmAQfZ32

If you are in Louisville or coming from the north, go south on 31E 7 miles past Mt Washington, turn left on 480, right on Colonel Cox and we are on the left a few hundred yards up.

If you are in Bardstown or coming from the south, head north on 31E, turn right on 480, right on Colonel Cox and we are on the left a few hundred yards up.

Mater days is coming Friday April 20th !!

Thieneman’s Greenhaus is a family owned and operated garden center, located in beautiful Coxs Creek, KY.
Two years ago we took a leap of faith and decided to relocate our garden center after the family farm sold.
We found a picturesque 10 acre farm just south of Mt Washington and we started settling in. After not quite 2 years now, we still feel like we’re moving in. But we thankfully didn’t have to skip a season.
We had a great first year, and it looks like we’ll have a great second year. We are extremely thankful our loyal customers followed us, and a bunch of new people have found us too.
We have been specializing in herbs and perennials for almost 60 years. Our herb collection is probably the largest in the area. For 15 years now we have grown a large variety of heirloom tomatoes, peppers and veggies. And we have a great love for succulents as well, our collection is ever growing. Our goal is to be your favorite local garden center known for unusual and hard to find plants. We love our plants!!
